It’s beauty obsession week here at F4!

What does this mean?  It means we’ll be featuring our favorite products, regimens, blog superstars and makeup artists/hair gurus.

First off, I want to scream to the hills about my love of Darphin products.  I don’t use them all, but as I get older, I realized I cannot fall asleep in my makeup, even when that makeup is Bare Minerals.  So, at night, I wash it all off with the super gentle and luxurious Darphin Azahar Cleansing Micellar Water.  Give it a whirl!

Stay tuned for a beauty EXPLOSION, my loves!

Every once in a while, I dream of a free-standing tub that is not necessarily a clawfoot.  Something more modern, more sleek, with more oomph.  While walking by the Boffi showroom in Georgetown yesterday, I discovered the answer to anyone’s prayers – at a going rate of, oh, $30K.  I think I’ll go soak in my perfectly fine Jacuzzi, but dang if this isn’t heaven.

Shoe Lust, Fall ’10, Part Deux

It’s no secret that I am a veteran Tory Burch fan and I am lucky to have a terrific and lovely personal shopper, Ann Oliver, out of the Beverly Hills shop.  While perusing the fall offerings, I found the most amazing lug-sole (read: you won’t trip) high heeled boots.  They are decidedly anti-Timberland (remember “Jenny from the Block?” – oy) and gorgeous!

Purchase at Neiman Marcus or Tory Burch.

TOMS take over the world.

I have a few pairs of TOMS shoes (mostly because they do good in the world and also the CEO, Blake is uber adorable).  I have the “Gold Glitters” which look like disco balls on your feet.  Well, guess what?  To all the pals who mocked me for my sparkly feet, it seems to be catching on in the party/wedding world.  Exhibit A:

You can buy TOMS shoes (for each pair bought, a pair is given to a child in need) at  Click on the image below to enlarge.  That last shot on the right?  Those are my shoes and that bride looks gorgeous!
